Role Overview: As a Community Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering engagement, facilitating communication, and driving growth within our community. You will work closely with the community manager and other team members to execute community initiatives, manage online/offline events, including but not limited to trainings, workshops, and webinars, and provide support to community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and moderate online platforms, social media channels, and other community platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation.
• Coordinate and organize community events, webinars, and meetups.
• Respond to inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues raised by community members.
• Monitor community feedback and sentiment, and provide insights to improve community experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share community insights, trends, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management or operations, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse communities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
• Passion for technology, open-source, and community building.
